When you use a contact, volunteer, membership, partnership or donation-interest form, OVIWCE receives the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, area of interest and message.
How it is used
Form information is used to review your request, respond to you, coordinate an application or potential collaboration, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation.
Donation information
Card and PayPal account details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by this website. When a PayPal donation is completed, the website records the provider, transaction reference, amount, currency and status for reconciliation.
Sharing and safeguards
OVIWCE does not sell form information. Details may be accessed by authorized team members and service providers needed to operate the website or process a payment, subject to their own safeguards and terms.
Retention and choices
Information is kept only as long as it remains reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, record-keeping, safeguarding, or legal obligations. You may ask about your information or request a correction by emailing info@oviwce.org.
